The Malls underwent a major refurbishment which included the installation of an ETFE air filled pillow roof to protect customers from inclement weather while enhancing the open shopping experience with natural light. Novum solution has minimal site connections to the existing. An integrated perimeter gutter diverts rainwater to a reservoir that maintains landscape. Novum also worked to detail the structure to discreetly accommodate wiring for lighting, a sound system and seasonal decorations.
