Pier Walk
The 14 Pier Walk building consists of two blocks of office space connected by a bright central skylight. Novum was contracted to design, manufacture and install the ETFE skylight. The curved geometry of the roof meant that each ETFE pillow, steel member and profile detail was designed individually and that no two parts were the same. Novum provided custom flashings and gutters to accommodate the roof curvature.
