The project consists of three ETFE atriums using the Novum ETFE Air Filled Pillow System. The roof, situated at the main entrance, uses a concealed cushion inflation system so not to distract from the timber substructure. The other two atriums are supported on steel substructures and cover the circulation areas and entrance lobbies of the residential apartments. The atriums feature both climate controls and emergency actuators designed to rapidly disperse smoke in case of a fire.
